Back home again
A week in Minneapolis for the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference..Part of the new plan for the company. My camera ran out of batteries, so no pictures, but highlights:
- a couple of hours snuck away to the Walker Art Museum and the Sculpture Garden http://www.walkerart.org/index.wac
- Trying to figure out the MS structure
- Getting two competing companies to discuss commonalities and make their software work together, based on my input
- Product focus group, for my opinion on their offerings. Definitely not the same as the old business world
- Lots and lots of new friends, including the "Sexy French Canadians!"
